| Your mail servers | One on each network, at fixed and different IP addresses, speaking SMTP with TLS; mutual TLS and SMTP AUTH optional. Each is set to hand mail for the other side to AMG. |
| Your SIEM | Syslog over TLS, in RFC 5424 JSON or CEF. Delivery is one-way, and a SIEM fault never blocks mail. |
| Internet | Not needed. Licences and updates arrive offline. |
| Console languages | Fourteen, from English and Chinese to Arabic and Japanese. |
Events for your SIEM

| Mail accepted | A message was durably accepted |
| Mail delivered | The mail server on the other side accepted it |
| Mail deferred | Delivery failed for now; with a stable reason and the next attempt time |
| Mail failed | A permanent failure or expiry; a delivery notice was sent |
