Does it replace our network systems?
No. It runs the business side. Service and resource inventory, fault and performance management stay in the systems that run your network, and ZhiOne connects to them through standard APIs.
Can we connect our existing systems?
Yes. Each component is reached through its Open API, and adapters connect ZhiOne to systems such as your payment gateway.
Where does it run?
In your own data centre, on Kubernetes. Each release is a pinned version that can be rolled back.
Does ZhiOne include a product catalogue?
No. Products are defined in your own product catalogue, and ZhiOne works from it.
Can we take only some parts?
