Installing Bita

From an empty server to a working system, in four steps

It needs no dedicated infrastructure team, and nothing connects outside the network during the installation.

1. Prepare the server

   A Linux machine with enough space, a domain name in the organisation's network and a TLS certificate for it.

2. Run the package

   The installer starts every service, generates the secrets it needs and writes the configuration for that domain.

3. Connect the organisation

   Bring accounts from your identity system or create them there, and give the administrator role to the person in charge.

4. Set the brand

   Enter the organisation's name, logo and colours in the console; the clients pick them up at their next session.
