Bardin Gate ART
Questions about ART
Will my two networks be connected?
No. There is no physical connection between them. The appliance attaches to one network at a time and disconnects completely before it moves to the other.
What does the user install?
A small Agent for Windows, Linux or macOS, installed by your administrator from a signed package.
Does the user type a password?
Not in the Agent. Each send is confirmed with the operating system's own prompt.
Can a folder be sent?
No. Each transfer is one file; several files are several independent transfers.
Where does the file arrive?
At a fixed destination the administrator defined. The user never types a path.
If a file is rejected?
The sender gets the outcome and a reference code. Only an authorised role sees the details, in the console.
